The twigs cracked beneath my feet. It was morning but when I looked up the sky was darker. I was suddenly very nervous. Suddenly a deafening howl filled the sky. I started to run as fast as fast as cheetah. I didn’t know where I was going but I didn’t care. The howl was getting closer and I could hear footsteps. Sweat dripped down my forehead and I was really tired but I didn’t stop. Then I tripped. I could hear panting right near me. I wanted to scream but I couldn’t. A face loomed over me. Werewolf!…

  1. Spotter is not easily frightened but I am already thinking about whether I will be able to sleep tonight. Perhaps we need a 120-word challenge so we can find out if the werewolf bit you or whether it was one of the cuddly ones from Flixton.
