Year 6 Holes Day!

What a perfect end to a term of studying the book ‘holes’ by Louis Sacher! Well done year 6 for all the effort you made with your costumes! We had a fantastic day building dens, making fires, going on treasure hunts, digging holes and toasting marshmallows. The day was ended by a viewing of the films ‘Holes’ which even got a round of applause at the end!

  1. WAS IT GREAT FUN ? WHEN YOU DID IT . IT LOOKS VERY,VERY FUN IN YOUR PICTURES .

  2. How strange that your Y6 has been den building and making camp fires at the same time as ours: we are in our on-site woods today instead of at Judy Woods making fires. Holes is a fantastic book – much better than the film.

  3. This sound like an excellent day year 6 !!!!!!!! I hope you enjoyed it , only one more term left being in Davyhulme primary , so just enjoy yourself !!!!!!

  4. I liked it when you dug 2 wholes a little one and a big one and when you dug the small whole you putted a fire and when I was lining up for lunch I smelt fire.
